  2. Bridgeview Drop-in Center

    Lee Carlson Center is proud to offer Bridgeview, Anoka County’s only drop-in center for adults living with a diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness. Bridgeview offers a wide array of services under one roof and is a hub of support for members and their loved ones. Staff works closely with families, care providers, and community organizations to assist with resources and services. Members have access to over 25 support groups each week and receive a balanced lunch Monday-Friday. They can also participate in weekly field trips. In partnership with Allina Health and the ‘nMotion Dance Center, members can participate in weekly yoga and dance classes. Bridgeview members also have access to an employment specialist and vocational rehabilitation through a collaborative with RISE and can participate in art classes, art therapy sessions, writers workshops and garden groups. Membership to Bridgeview is free and transportation is provided at no charge.
