New Staff Members Sworn in at the Sheriff’s Office
Anoka County Sheriff James Stuart administered the oath of office to four new Detention Deputies on November 20th, 2017. The new staff members are:
Detention Deputy Lillian Hennes: Detention Deputy Hennes has a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Criminology from St. Cloud State University. She has previously served in the Minnesota National Guard and the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office where she was a Corrections Officer. Detention Deputy Hennes will be assigned to the Jail Division.
Detention Deputy Dilanger Salfer: Detention Deputy Salfer has an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Alexandria Technical Community College. He has previously worked as an Anoka County Assistant Probation Officer and in private security. Detention Deputy Salfer will be assigned to the Jail Division.
Detention Deputy Matthew Buckley: Detention Deputy Buckley has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice Studies from St. Thomas University. He has previously worked at the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office as a Correctional Officer and has some experience at the City of Hawley and Becker Police Departments. Detention Deputy Buckley will be assigned to the Jail Division.
Detention Deputy Carl Erickson: Detention Deputy Erickson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from National American University. He has previously worked as an Audio-Visual Technician, a Landscaper and most recently in private security. Detention Deputy Erickson will be assigned to the Jail Division.
