Bunker Hills Disc Golf

The disc golf course at Bunker Hills Regional Park offers a fun and exciting recreational opportunity to play disc golf in a natural park setting.

The disc golf facility is a 9-hole course totaling 3,088 feet with a mix of Par 3’s, 4’s, and 5’s for a PAR 30. The course offers challenging fun and challenging obstacles with open and narrow fairways meandering though a mix of native oaks, pines and grassy terrain with slight elevation change on most holes.

Permit Information

The course is located adjacent to the Picnic Area with additional amenities such as picnic shelters, restroom facility and nearby playgrounds. Parking for the course is located at Lot 2 at the Picnic Area. All motorized vehicles are required to purchase a vehicle entry permit to the regional parks. Annual permits are available for $30, good for one year from date of purchase. Daily permits are available for $6 per day. The annual permit is honored at all Anoka County regional parks as well as regional parks in Washington and Carver counties.

Course Information

Rules and Regulations
  • Disc Golf is similar to golf using a flying disc. One point is counted each time the disc is thrown. The goal is to acquire the lowest score.

  • Tee throws must be completed within or behind the designated tee area. (Don't throw until all players are out of range).

  • Each throw must be taken from where the disc lands.

  • When playing in a group or with a friend, allow everyone to take their first throw from the tee before taking a second throw.

  • The disc that lands the furthest away from the basket goes first.

  • You have finished the hole when your disc lands in the basket.

  • This is a multi-use park. Please be courteous of other park users.

  • Tobacco use on the course is prohibited.

  • Please do not litter or leave cigarette butts. Please put trash in proper receptacles.

  • Do not break or alter tree branches or other features.
