  3. Powerful Tools for Caregivers Class

    Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a class with six sessions designed to provide you with the skills you need to take care of yourself.

Needs Assessment

Requirements For Participation
There are a few requirements participants must meet to receive Anoka County Family Caregiver Connection services. 
Care receivers must:
  • reside in Anoka County
  • be age 55 or older
  • unable to be left alone for more than two hours
  • require companion care only
Caregivers must
  • reside in Anoka County
  • have responsibility for providing 24 hour care
