Violence Prevention

Community Health Efforts

Health Education strives to promote the health, safety, and well-being of community residents with evidence-based violence prevention strategies. Violence is a learned behavior. It can be prevented or unlearned. Health Education staff can provide group presentations, resources and initiatives to help establish violence-free communities.
