Anoka County Criminal Expungement Clinic

2020 Expungement Clinic

Supported by Central Minnesota Legal Services

Expungement is the process of going to court to ask a judge to seal a court record.  People request an expungement when they have been denied a job, housing, or a professional license because of a criminal incident that shows up on a background check.

Attend an informational session via Zoom to learn more about the expungement process and have general questions answered by attorneys.  You must register.

*If you do not have access to technology required to attend a Zoom session, the Anoka County Law Library will have computers reserved for viewing.*

More information willbe provided about how to apply for direct legal assistance during the clinic.
