    The Anoka County License and Passport Centers are doing a toy drive again this year! Please bring in any unopened, unwrapped toys to any of our locations. You can give a monetary donation at any office as well. Help us grant a holiday wish this season!

Disability plates and certificates may be applied for at any Anoka County License Center. The Application for Disability Parking Certificate must be completed and signed by the physician and applicant.

Fees may apply.

The disability placard and/or plates will be mailed to you from the Department of Public Safety.

You will be given a temporary 30 day certificate at the time of application.

If you do not receive your placard/plates within 30 days, please contact:
