Partners in Faith for Peace is a collaborative of connected, inter-denominational faith community leaders who network regularly. The Partners share a universal goal that all faith communities within Anoka County promote peace and safety for people experiencing violence in their home.
We will work together to improve awareness, knowledge and response to victims of family violence in our faith communities by:
Educating our members and faith community;
Sharing our ideas;
Planning and participating in community-wide peacemaking events; and
Developing tools, resources and materials.
Membership consists of faith community representatives, organization representatives and community members.
Partners in Faith for Peace meets quarterly. For more information, contact the Anoka County Violence Prevention Coordinator at 763-422-7047 or [email protected]
