The Coon Rapids passport office will be open by appointment only. Due to CDC guidelines we are unable to accept walk-ins at this time. Our Blaine office will remain closed until further notice. Please check back for any additional updates.

Only those with an appointment will be granted access to the office.
Save Time
If applicable, bring a completed DS-11 application and required payment to apply.
- Print a DS-11 and fill it in by hand.
- Fill in a DS-11 online and print it out.
Scheduling an Appointment
Ensure you are entering the correct email address and phone number when scheduling online. You will receive an email confirmation and appointment procedure instructions.
For your convenience, the Coon Rapids and Blaine Passport Office operate on an appointment-only basis. We have had a great response from the public using an appointment system as it makes getting your passport application processed quick and easy for you and your family. Appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes per person.

Processing Times
Currently, Passport Services is not accepting Expedited Passport applications. For the most up to date information on processing times and status of passport, operations visit Travel.State.Gov. In the event of a life-or-death emergency which requires travel in whithin 72 hours or less contact NPIC @ 1-877-487-2778
