Minnesota Statute 325F.733 subd.1 requires that any establishment dealing with the sale or commercial use of secondhand platinum, gold, and/or silver in Anoka County must obtain a Precious Metal Dealer License.
How To Obtain
- Fill out the Precious Metal Dealer License application form and the Certification of Compliance form.
- The application form must also be signed by a Notary Public, a service available at the Government Center Vital Statistics Office.
- Submit the forms with required fee to the Vital Statistics Office in person or via mail
- This license cannot be obtained at Anoka County License Centers.
