Minnesota Statute 325F.733 subd.1 requires that any establishment dealing with the sale or commercial use of secondhand platinum, gold, and/or silver in Anoka County must obtain a Precious Metal Dealer License.
How To Obtain
Fill out the Precious Metal Dealer License application form and the Certification of Compliance form.
The application form must also be signed by a Notary Public, a service available at the Government Center Vital Records Office.
Submit the forms with required fee to the Vital Records Office in person or via mail
This license cannot be obtained at Anoka County License Centers.
