  1. The Anoka County License Centers are conveniently located throughout Anoka County and offer a wide range of services, but they do not process passport applications.

Toward the end of our business day you may be given a ticket stamped "standby." We will make every effort to serve those with a "standby" ticket before closing, but cannot guarantee service. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The Passport Centers process only passport applications and take passport photos. Appointments are strongly suggested (walk-ins will only be taken if there is an available appointment time).

Please select any link for details on location/hours or specific services offered at each License Center and the Passport Center.

Motor Vehicle Services, Driver’s License & Identification Card Services, DNR and Game & Fish services are not offered at the Government Center.
