The following online services are available from 7:15 a.m. - midnight, Monday - Sunday.  Occasional system updates occur on Wednesday evenings or weekends that may temporarily disrupt service.

Tax statements will be mailed in late March.  If you have not received your statement by April 2, 2012, please call 763-323-5400 to request a duplicate statement.

For questions regarding the Minnesota Property Tax refund contact the State of MN at 651-296-4444.

Well disclosure certificate fees
Effective July 21st, 2011 the legislature increased the well disclosure certificate fees from $45.00 to $50.00.  All well disclosure certificates must now be submitted with the new $50.00 associated fee.

    About the Division of Property Records & Taxation

    The Division of Property Records and Taxation carries out the statutory duties of the offices of the Auditor, Treasurer, Assessor, Registrar of Titles and Recorder, exclusive of elections, investments and licensing. The mission of this division is to administer the property records and tax laws of the State thereby insuring the equitable allocation, collection and distribution of property taxes and accurate maintenance of land records in an environment of continuous improvement of the quality of our services.
