Economic Assistance Department
By action of the Anoka County Board, the Income Maintenance Department was renamed the Economic Assistance Department, effective April 26, 2011.
Economic Assistance (EA) provides programs and quality services that support dignity and self-sufficiency.
Where to get help
Call the EZ info line at 763-422-7200 for information about programs and how to apply.
If you call during office hours, you can also use the EZ info line to request an application or speak to a customer service representative.
If you want to apply in person, we typically see new clients during our intake hours, which are 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.
