Family Child Care Provider of the Year AwardDo you have a wonderful Child Care Provider? Nominate your Provider! One way of showing appreciation to a valued child care provider is to nominate them for a Provider of the Year award through Licensed Child Care Providers of Anoka County (LCCPAC). Nominations are accepted year round. Three family child care providers are chosen each spring to receive this special honor at the spring LCCPAC banquet. Providers can be nominated by sending their full name, address, and phone number, along with the name and daytime phone number of the person nominating to: Karen Kaehn , LCCPAC Provider of the Year Committee 801 Oak Ridge Trail NE Blaine, MN 55434
