Notary Public RegistrationFor information about other licenses and services, see the License Bureau home page How To ObtainYou must first obtain a Notary Public Commission from the Minnesota Secretary of State. For more information, see the Minnesota Secretary of State website. After you receive your commission card, register your commission with Anoka County in person at the Government Center Vital Statistics Administration office or at any Anoka County License Center. Or, you can mail your commission card, your signature(s) on a blank sheet of paper, and the required fee to: Anoka County Government Center Effective August 1, 2010 Notary Publics are required to file
two signatures with their commission. One signature
must match the commission card/stamp, the second is how they will
sign as a notary. Required Fee$20.00 (effective August 1, 2010) If you wish to pay for Notary Public Registration by credit card, please print, fill out and include the Vital Statistics Credit Card Form.
