Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
Anoka County has elected to address the problem of foreclosed and
vacant properties by spending NSP funds in 3 specific ways:
Again, not every foreclosed and vacant property is eligible for
this funding; only those properties that are located in “areas of
greatest need” (see maps below) can be assisted by the county.

Note: The NSP Incentive Fund Program The federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has determined that NSP funds, unless otherwise stated, will follow the regulations of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Anoka County NSP Performance Reports are available for review upon request or by downloading them from below. Additional reports will be posted as they are generated.
