Adults, age 60 and over, have access to many high quality programs and services through Anoka County Senior Services and other community programs, which can assist them and their family members in learning about community resources. Social workers are available to speak about concerns over the phone or meet for a face-to-face visit.
Services include assessment, information and referral, and short-term case management to assure that older adults are receiving the services they need to live safely.
Support and information can also be provided to friends and family members who are assisting an older adult.
