Developmental Disability Services

A child or adult may be eligible to receive case management services through the Developmental Disabilities Unit.  If an individual qualifies, a case manager is assigned who is responsible to obtain or complete various assessments, identify needed supports and develop a service plan. The case manager presents options and assists with referrals for services that may be paid for by Federal, State, or County programs.

Some types of support the individual may be eligible to receive include:
  • Behavioral Support
  • Daily Living Support
  • Employment Support
  • Residential Options
  • Respite Care
