The foundation for a healthy body; reducing illness, and preventing chronic diseases is getting the recommended amount of physical activity and fruits and vegetables. Physical Activity: Children need 60 minutes of activity and adults need 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous activities per day. This does not need to be achieved all at one time, but can be spaced out throughout the day for at least a minimum of 10 minutes at a time.
