  1. Anoka County License Centers Will Be Closed in Observance of Presidents’ Day

    License Centers will be closed on Monday, February 19th in observance of Presidents’ Day. Please expect higher than average wait times on Friday, February 16th and Tuesday, February 20th. Thank you for your patience.

Disability plates and certificates may be applied for at any Anoka County License Center. The Application for Disability Parking Certificate must be completed and signed by the physician and applicant.
Fees may apply.
The disability placard and/or plates will be mailed to you from the Department of Public Safety.
You will be given a temporary 30 day certificate at the time of application.

If you do not receive your placard/plates within 30 days, please contact:
