The Customer Service Phone Center handles a variety of customer inquires from tax to recording to assessment. If they are unable to answer your question, they are able to connect you with a person who can. The phones are staffed from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The Customer Service Phone Center also has an automated service for your inquiry needs. You will need the parcel identification number (PIN) to access this service.
