Coordinated Entry (formerly known as Coordinated Assessment) is a HUD initiative to those who may be at-risk of losing their housing, or who are homeless. The Coordinated Entry initiative supports people in matching their housing needs with the appropriate resources. Keep in mind, we may be unable to assist you in finding an immediate resource.

If you are currently receiving case management services, of any kind, start by contacting your County Case Manager.
