  • Screening and referral for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious disease
  • Management and monitoring of infectious disease
  • Information, resources, and education on infectious diseases
  • Childhood lead poisoning prevention
  • Infant Hepatitis B disease prevention
  • Immunizations and vaccines, preventable disease community assessment, and consultation
  • Refugee Health
    • Facilitation of screening exams
    • Education
    • Referral to community resources
