Anoka County is using funds from the federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to improve houses that have been foreclosed and have been vacant or abandoned. Bringing these housing units into compliance with health and safety requirements and addressing rehabilitation are an important part of stabilizing neighborhoods in the county.
If you are interested in purchasing a home that has been made available through the NSP, contact Anoka County's authorized agent, Jared Hoylo. Then you must apply to be eligible to purchase an NSP home by completing this application.
In early 2017 there will be one home available in Anoka County. The buyer of this property will need to qualify at 50% of area median income (AMI), see application above.
