In addition to Notary Public Registration, all Anoka County License Centers offer Notary Public service to our customers. A Minnesota Notary Public can only attest to the identity of a person signing a document and therefore cannot "notarize" or "certify" a document.
What Will I Need to Have My Signature Notarized?
You must provide your document, unsigned, to the Notary Public along with your valid state issued Driver's License or Identification Card. A Notary may refuse to notarize a document that has been signed before it was presented to them.
How Much does Notary Public Service Cost?

If you keep your vehicle(s) at your home or business within Anoka County you are not required to pay Wheelage tax. Please visit any license center, they will be able to remove this fee from your total due.
